Chobani, America’s #1 Greek Yogurt brand, is kicking off a new season and saying #HelloSummer with 15 new product varieties. Thanks to my friends at Chobani, for sending me the brand new Mango Passion Fruit Simply 100 Greek yogurt flavor for my Greek Yogurt Oat Pancakes. The Mango Passion Fruit definitely did not disappoint. I also used it to create the optional Greek yogurt sauce and it really added an incredible flavor to these already tasty pancakes. I can’t wait to try all of the new flavors!!!

Greek Yogurt Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
For the pancakes:
- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1 cup rolled oats, gluten-free as needed
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, I use Chobani Greek Yogurt Simply 100
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 packet stevia, optional
For the optional Greek yogurt sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons almond milk, or other milk product
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Heat a griddle or large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with a non-stick, all-natural cooking spray.
- For best results, allow pancake batter to sit and thicken about 5 minutes while griddle is heating.
- Pour about ¼-1/2 cup of batter onto griddle. Flip when bubbles on top burst, about 5 minutes. Cook for another couple of minutes and until pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
- While pancakes are cooking, stir Greek yogurt sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Sauce recipe makes 2 servings.
- Divide pancakes and sauce recipe into two servings and enjoy!

Love easy blender pancakes? I do too! Check out my other faves!
How many pancakes equal a serving?
I was able to make 8 pancakes with the batter. The nutritional information is for half the recipe, so 4 pancakes. Enjoy!
Wow these look amazing!
Can you use old fashioned oats? And how much grams of yogurt did you use?
Old fashioned oats are the same as rolled oats, so yes that works. I’m not sure about the grams of yogurt, but I’m sure if you look at the packaging of the yogurt you can probably figure out how many grams are 1 cup. Enjoy!
These look easy, affordable and amazing! Can you do it with regular oats (not gluten free oats)?
Yes, that will work just fine!
These look amazing! I’m always looking for more high protein recipes. Umm, so when I input this recipe into MyFitnessPal, the macros didn’t mtch yours . . . For half the recipe like you state (4 pancakes out of 8), it says 180 cals with only 15 G of protein. Even if I put the entire recipe as 1 serving that’s 30 G of protein, but way too many calories. How did you get the macros you posted? I want to make sure I’m doing it the way you’re describing. Thanks!
Hi Kendra! Thanks so much for your comment. When I made this recipe, I was using a different nutrition calculator program. I am now using MFP exclusively. I reentered all of the ingredients using MFP and you’re right the original figures were way off. Mine differ slightly from your calculations, but it’s probably due to differing ingredients. I made sure to pull the nutrition from the Simply 100 Chobani Greek Yogurt (plain). You can see that I’ve updated the info within the post. Hope you love them!
I live in Canada where unfortunately Chobani isn’t sold (boo). Whenever I go to the U.S though I try as many flavours as I can! Two of my favs are the pineapple and Concord grape flavours.
These pancakes look and sound delicious. I love how you’ve used Greek yogurt to jack up the protein making these a great way to start the day…or who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner!
Thanks for sharing! Great post!
Thanks so much, Liz! I love the pineapple flavor too and I’ll have to give the grape one a try. I love grape anything!
