Easy 10 minute Super Flavorful Ranch Hummus is so creamy dreamy irresistibly delicious. And I’m warning you, it’s quite addictive!! Not only is this an amazing and easy dip, it works fantastic as a spread for a sandwich or roll-up as well.
Often during meals, my mind will go wild brainstorming different flavor combinations for whatever food happens to be on my plate. Last week, that food was hummus… and as soon as “ranch hummus” popped into my head, I fixated on the idea and wouldn’t let go.
One quick post-lunch trip to the grocery store later, I threw chickpeas into the food processor with an assembly of ranch spices, then turned on the power, stopping every now and then to taste and add more seasonings until I was happy with the flavor.
The result was this crazy dip that looks like hummus and tastes like ranch dressing. Yumm0! ?
For this recipe I didn’t have any tahini on hand, but guess what guys? You really don’t even need tahini to make a kick butt hummus recipe. Proof!
This hummus is so quick, easy and flavorful! You only need:
Chickpeas.
Apple cider vinegar.
Water.
Onion powder.
Sea salt.
Dried dill.
& Garlic powder.
Oh… and don’t forget the Breton Artisanal Sweet Potato and Ancient Grains crackers!
Then you’re in biznass, like WHOA.
P.S. Those are the Breton Artisanal Sweet Potato and Ancient Grains crackers in the photos. Dipping these tender-crisp, tasty crackers, made with sweet potato actually baked right in, was so delicious!
Breton crackers are my go-to for pairing with dips and other appetizers or for just simply snacking on alone (they’re that good). There are so many great tasting varieties. And I love that the delicious flavors are balanced with wholesome, real ingredients.
I hope you all LOVE this hummus! It’s:
Creamy dreamy
Beyond tasty
Slightly addictive
Super healthy
Quick + Easy to make
& SO delicious
This would make the perfect side or snack when you’re in a hurry but need something satisfying and nutritious. It’s so tasty with Breton Artisanal Sweet Potato and Ancient Grains crackers and even fresh vegetables or flatbread! It would also be a wonderful sandwich spread too. Give it a try, and I’m guessing, it will quickly become your go-to appetizer whether it be for the holidays, football tailgating or pool parties.
