As the temps heat up, here in Texas, I seriously LOVE a refreshing shake to enjoy post workout or even as a healthy breakfast, snack or dessert. This Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake has recently become one of favorites to whip up. It’s quick, nutrient-rich and perfect for anyone following a low carb lifestyle. Have you ever tried reducing your sugar and carbohydrate intake, like the Atkins lifestyle? With delicious recipes, like this one, it’s not all that difficult.
All about Atkins
If you’re interested in following a low carb lifestyle, believe me, you’ll be pretty impressed with all of the fabulous resources Atkins has to offer. Also, be sure to give this yummy protein shake a whirl!
I used the Atkins Plus Protein & Fiber Creamy Vanilla Shake to really increase the protein in this recipe. It also made it extra creamy and delicious. These shakes are a fabulous filling snack without tons of added sugar and carbs.
