This recipe can be used as a spread, dip or dressing and, guys, it’s dreamy. It’s creamy and just SO good.

This healthy dressing is a great swap for most any dressings and it tastes delicious on this Southwestern Salad.

Anyway, this dip/dressing is pretty much perfect for so many things, not to mention dipping these veggie straws in, or serving it spread over a burger.

HOW TO MAKE AVOCADO CILANTRO LIME DIP:

Pairing Veggie Straws with this avocado cilantro lime dip recipe is super easy!

This incredibly easy sauce is whipped up in only five minutes in the food processor or blender.

Simply add all of the ingredients to the bowl or pitcher and blend until smooth. Voilà!

Fair warning: You are going to want this avocado dip with every meal this week. I’m obsessed and I think you will be, too! It’s lusciously creamy, thanks to the ripe avocado, and bursting with fresh lime, cilantro and jalapeño flavor.

Like guacamole, you can serve this as a party dip with chips, or dollop it onto any remotely Mexican-ish meal. You can also thin out the avocado dip so it becomes more of a sauce or dressing, which you can drizzle onto nachos and salads.

Avocado Cilantro Lime Dip/Dressing {Paleo + Whole30}

Creamy and refreshing avocado cilantro lime dressing. Great for dipping veggies and topping off any salad. Dairy free, paleo, whole30 friendly. Made in minutes in the blender or food processor.
Author: Kim

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Whole30 approved mayo*
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 handful cilantro (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2-4 tablespoons water thin to taste**
  • lime juice from 1 lime, (a lemon will work)
  • Sea salt + pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth. Store in fridge for 5-7 days.

Notes

*Any preferred mayo works. Greek Yogurt would also work. **This is optional. I don't add water if I'm using as a dip, but if using as a dressing, you'll want to thin it out some.
