This recipe can be used as a spread, dip or dressing and, guys, it’s dreamy. It’s creamy and just SO good.
This healthy dressing is a great swap for most any dressings and it tastes delicious on this Southwestern Salad.
Anyway, this dip/dressing is pretty much perfect for so many things, not to mention dipping these veggie straws in, or serving it spread over a burger.
My kiddos are all about the dipping and these Sensible Portions Sea Salt Garden Veggie Straws are one of their favorites!

HOW TO MAKE AVOCADO CILANTRO LIME DIP:
Pairing Veggie Straws with this avocado cilantro lime dip recipe is super easy!
This incredibly easy sauce is whipped up in only five minutes in the food processor or blender.
Simply add all of the ingredients to the bowl or pitcher and blend until smooth. Voilà!
Fair warning: You are going to want this avocado dip with every meal this week. I’m obsessed and I think you will be, too! It’s lusciously creamy, thanks to the ripe avocado, and bursting with fresh lime, cilantro and jalapeño flavor.
Like guacamole, you can serve this as a party dip with chips, or dollop it onto any remotely Mexican-ish meal. You can also thin out the avocado dip so it becomes more of a sauce or dressing, which you can drizzle onto nachos and salads.

I made this for a veggies and dip night. It was great. It would work so amazingly as a dressing for chicken or poker tacos. Yum
That makes me so happy to hear! Thanks so much for your comment!
Absolutely delicious! Added jalapeño to satisfy my spicy tooth.
I’m so glad you enjoyed and I love the addition of jalapeño! Thanks for taking time to leave feedback!
Wow! The dipping and veggie straws combo look so tempting. Dipping all my other faves in this as well. Way to go Kim.
I love dips and often serve them when I have guests. This is one I’m definitely going to try. Those veggie straws sound good. Have to keep an eye out for them!
This dip sounds amazing! I would dip everything into this.
Oh, I’m an avocado FREAK so this crazy-good dip will be making an appearance very soon. I think it would be an awesome “crema” to top my tacos or even my morning eggs. My daughter will love this, especially with the veggie straws — those things are addictive.
I’m always up for an avocado dip. I can eat this for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. SO delish!
I love healthy dips and sauces! Avocado is a nice ingredient, too 🙂
This sounds like the dip to end all dips! I imagine it has loads of flavor and all while being a healthy option? Pinning it to my “awesome dips” board straight away! (Or well, scheduling it but you know, I love it!)
This dip sounds amazing and I know I would dip everything in it! Anything with avocado is good with me.
I want to dip allllll the things! This sounds so fresh and delicious!
