These parfaits are simple, requiring just 8 ingredients, and come together lickety-split. Easy peasy and so yum.
These Make-Ahead Blueberry Banana Breakfast Parfaits combine the delicious ingredients of Honey Nut Cheerios™ and Almond Breeze® almondmilk Unsweetened Vanilla (breakfast BFFs!) in a healthy gluten-free and vegan (with nondairy yogurt) breakfast option that’ll start your day on the right foot!
I’ve been a HUGE fan of Honey Nut Cheerios™ since I was a little girl and my kiddos take after me. You better believe it’s always in my pantry!! And there’s only one thing that makes Honey Nut Cheerios™ better – Almond Breeze® almondmilk.
Almondmilk is my go-to no matter what I’m cooking up! It’s an excellent source of calcium, Vitamin D and Vitamin E and has far fewer calories than dairy milk. It’s also a good source of Vitamin A. And for those of you who are lactose-intolerant or allergic to dairy, require low-calorie or low-sugar foods, or simply want to try a creamy, tasty, alternative to dairy milk, unsweetened almondmilk is a MUST try.
I hope you guys love these parfaits! They’re:
Creamy
Crunchy
Flavorful
Easy
& So satisfying
Since these parfaits are so simple and you can make them ahead of time, they are a great idea for hectic school mornings. I also think they are pretty enough to serve for a weekend brunch.
