How does one remember their earliest memory of a s’more? This, I do not know. But what I do know is that it surely was love at first bite for s’mores and me.
Since then I’ve been consuming them and dreaming up recipes featuring this dreamy graham-choco-mallow combination. And with the new HONEY MAID® S’mores cereal, this recipe could not be more simpler or more irresistible. S’mores right in your cereal bowl with chocolatey goodness, sweet marshmallows and the yummy taste of HONEY MAID® Graham Crackers. I seriously can’t think of anything better.
This recipe just proves that originals can be tweaked and improved and made more fun. So there. Thanks, HONEY MAID® S’mores cereal!
I can’t imagine why, but if you’re not wanting to throw together this mix, the cereal is pretty tasty on its own. And it’s such a convenient after school snack too. The kiddos can just go grab their own snack. I’ve stocked up on this cereal, plus the Shredded Wheat Frosted Cinnamon Roll and Honey Bunches of Oats® with Real Strawberries.
Madelyn’s go-to is the Shredded Wheat Frosted Cinnamon Roll. How can you not resist the cinnamon frosting on the outside and vanilla flavor in the middle. That amazing cinnamon roll taste, but with the wholesomeness of 100% whole grain shredded wheat.
Landen’s a big fan of the Honey Bunches of Oats® with Real Strawberries. Such a great crunch and the real strawberries add awesome flavor. I really like that they keep him satisfied all morning long.
As always this recipe is easy peazy.
It requires 4 ingredients and 1 bowl.
Takes about 1 minute from start to finish. Seriously.
Tastes JUST like a s’more, only in snack mix form.
Perfect for kiddos, adults, foodies and non-foodies alike.
The only requirement for liking this yumminess is that you must like s’mores. Everybody on board? Good!
I will fully admit that I devoured the whole bowl of S’mores Snack Mix in about 5 minutes flat, after I was done taking photos. I mean, dang! So delicious. You’re bound to love this recipe just as much as my kids and I do. It’s:
Quick
Chocolaty
Addicting
Packed with marshmallow goodness
Customizable (add peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips or try adding nuts!)
Shareable
& Perfect any time of year
