Whole30 Strawberry Cobb Salad
This delicious Whole30 Strawberry Cobb Salad is quick and easy to make, full of great fresh flavors, and tossed with a simple strawberry dressing.
LOVE me some good strawberries when they’re in season! ❤️?❤️ And boy, they are definitely in season! So juicy, sweet and fresh! Every time I walk into Kroger, I’m greeted with an enormous display of ripe, juicy, red berries. And I just can’t help myself. Have you been buying copious amounts of strawberries too? If you’re as addicted as I am, you’re going to love the new Rubbermaid® FreshWorks™.
The medium Freshworks Produce Container is the perfect size to store 16 ounces of my beloved strawberries. And the patented FreshVent™ Technology keeps produce fresher longer. The Crisp Tray™ elevates produce away from moisture and promotes proper airflow to help prevent spoilage. I especially appreciate that the lid, container, and tray are dishwasher safe and BPA free.
Hooray for fresh strawberries! If you’re a regular reader, it’s no secret that I absolutely love adding strawberries into so many recipes. From salsas to oatmeal, muffins and smoothies, you’ll find lots of strawberry goodness here at Kim’s Cravings.
Let’s whip up this Whole30 Strawberry Cobb Salad!
Start off with cooked bacon and hard boiled eggs. You can then use the bacon grease to blend up the dressing, but feel free to use olive or avocado oil, especially if you’re using turkey bacon (there isn’t much grease produced with turkey bacon). Next, slice and dice all of your salad ingredients.
The list of specifics here is actually pretty flexible — you can go with chopped romaine or lots of fresh baby spinach (or whatever greens you’d like), you can add crumbled blue cheese (if not following the Whole30), pistachios (or any nuts), eggs, bacon and thinly-sliced red onion. But the non-negotiable is a big, ripe, creamy avocado. Gotta have the avocado.
Drizzle everything with a simple strawberry dressing, and then give everything a good toss.
Then within minutes, this bright and beautiful summer salad will be yours to share and enjoy! It’s sweet, it’s creamy, it’s crunchy, it’s tangy — it’s basically everything you can ask for in a good salad, if you ask me.
This strawberry cobb is everything and I know you guys are going to love it! It’s:
Sweet
Crunchy
Fresh
Satisfying
